  1. 1 of 1 In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, 3 tbsp mint, 2 tbsp yogurt, salt, garlic powder, cumin and pepper. Form into 24 meatballs and place on a foil-lined baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Heat oil in a large skillet and cook onion 5 minutes. Stir in flour and cook 1 minute. Gradually whisk in broth. Cook 2 minutes; add meatballs and simmer 10 minutes. Whisk in remaining 1/4 cup yogurt and remaining 2 tbsp mint. Serve over cooked couscous.
