• In a bowl, combine the beef, Worcestershire, onion powder, salt and a few grinds of black pepper. Shape into 16 small patties.

  • Heat a large cast-iron skillet over med-high. Add half the patties and cook 2 min (don't move them around). Flip over and cook 2 min more for medium-rare. Repeat with remaining patties; keep warm in a slow cooker on warm setting. Serve on waffles with pickles, cheese and assorted condiments.
