  1. 1 of 1 Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add carrots, celery and onion. Saute 6 to 8 minutes, stirring often, until softened. Stir in garlic and Old Bay; cook 1 minute. Add broth, tomatoes, potatoes and crab. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cover with lid. Cook 10 minutes, until potatoes are tender. Stir in parsley, lemon juice, Tabasco and sugar. Serve warm in 3 oz shot glasses or small cups. (Note: This also makes 4 dinner portions.)
