  • Chop 30 slices of pepperoni; combine with next 6 ingredients. In a small bowl, stir ketchup, Italian herb blend, minced onion, garlic powder and crushed red pepper. Stir half the ketchup mixture into meat. Divide meat into 4 rectangles. Press 1 whole slice pepperoni and 1 piece mozzarella into center of each and shape to close. Top evenly with remaining ketchup mixture. Bake at 350° for 35 min.
