  • Heat broiler to HIGH. Arrange oven rack 5 to 6 inches from heat. Line a small baking sheet with foil and coat with nonstick spray. Bring a medium pot of lightly salted water to a boil.

  • Place pork on a cutting board and pat dry. In a small bowl, combine miso, sugar, 1/8 tsp pepper and the cayenne. Rub all over pork and place on foil-lined sheet. Broil 18 minutes, turning every 4 to 5 minutes to brown on all sides. Let rest 10 minutes.

  • Meanwhile, add green beans to boiling water and cook 5 minutes. Drain.

  • In a wok or medium nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Add green beans, sesame seeds and 1/8 tsp each salt and pepper; cook 4 minutes.

  • Slice pork and serve with green beans and rice.
