Modern Greek Salad
Heat grill to high. Pat steak dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper, and grill over high heat to desired doneness, turning once, about 12 minutes for medium-rare. Transfer to a cutting board and rest at least 8 minutes. Slice steak on the diagonal into 1/4-inch-thick slices.Advertisement
In a large bowl, add romaine and next 7 ingredients and toss. Add vinaigrette and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Divide salad among 6 plates, arrange steak slices on top and drizzle with additional vinaigrette.
