  • Heat grill to high. Pat steak dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper, and grill over high heat to desired doneness, turning once, about 12 minutes for medium-rare. Transfer to a cutting board and rest at least 8 minutes. Slice steak on the diagonal into 1/4-inch-thick slices.

  • In a large bowl, add romaine and next 7 ingredients and toss. Add vinaigrette and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Divide salad among 6 plates, arrange steak slices on top and drizzle with additional vinaigrette.
