• Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook 9 min. Drain. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large stainless skillet over high. Add pork, season with 1/2 tsp salt and cook, breaking apart with a spoon, 5 min. Remove to a bowl and reduce heat to med-high.

  • Add coleslaw mix and snow peas to skillet. Saute 3 min, sprinkling with 1/4 tsp salt. Whisk moo shu hoisin sauce with 2 tbsp water and the sambal oelek; add to skillet with pork. Cook 1 min and toss with noodles.

  • Serve with additional hoisin, for drizzling.

  • Sub in broccoli slaw for the cabbage.

  • Make it gluten-free: Opt for oyster sauce instead of hoisin, and toss pork and veggie mixture with rice noodles.

  • Add some crunch: Stir in drained and chopped water chestnuts when you add the sauce.
