• Coat a slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Add sliced onion, halved small waxy potatoes, seeded and sliced jalapeño, cilantro leaves, boneless, skinless chicken thighs, garam masala, cinnamon, 1/2 tsp salt and black pepper. Pour diced tomatoes over top and dot with unsalted butter. Cover and cook on HIGH for 5 hours. Break up chicken into large pieces and stir in 1/2 tsp salt and heavy cream and plain Greek yogurt. Serve with cooked brown rice. Accompany with naan, if desired.
