One-Pot Tuscan Chicken
- 1 of 4 In a 12-inch stainless skillet, heat butter or oil over medium-high. Season chicken with 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper. Add to pan and cook 10 to 12 minutes, turning once, until cooked through. Remove from pan and reduce heat to medium.
- 2 of 4 Add garlic to skillet; cook 1 minute. Stir in water and broth, scraping brown bits from bottom of pan. Add pasta and increase heat to high. Cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- 3 of 4 Add artichoke hearts and sun-dried tomatoes. Cook 5 more minutes.
- 4 of 4 Meanwhile, slice chicken into bite-size pieces. Add to skillet with cream, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Sprinkle with basil.
