  1. 1 of 2 Heat oven to 300 degrees. In a large bowl, toss kale with oil and salt. Transfer to 2 baking sheets in a single layer.
  2. 2 of 2 Bake at 300 degrees on the middle rack for 25 minutes or until kale is crispy. Gently remove chips from baking sheets with a metal spatula; toss with cheese. Store in an airtight container.
