Pasta Puttanesca



  1. 1 of 1 Saute onion in canola oil, olive oil until wilted. Add garlic, and tomatoes. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Add anchovy fillets, capers and black olives. Simmer another 10 to 15 minutes until thick; stir in basil. One serving is 2/3 cup tossed with 1-1/4 cup cooked linguine.
