  1. 1 of 3 Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. 2 of 3 Meanwhile, prepare sauce. Place roasted red peppers and red-pepper seasoning in food processor or blender. Whirl until smooth puree. Scape into serving bowl.
  3. 3 of 3 Add tomatoes, mozzarella and Parmesan to serving bowl. Add cooked, drained pasta, tossing to coat. Serve with additional grated cheese, if you wish. Makes 6 servings.
