For this quick and easy recipe, cherry tomatoes are sauteed with garlic before tossing them with pasta, fresh basil, and smoked mozzarella cheese.




  • Cook penne in large deep pot of lightly salted water until al dente, firm yet tender. Drain.

  • Meanwhile, in large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic; sauté 1 minute. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper; sauté 2 minutes.

  • Toss penne with tomato mixture, cheese and basil. Serve at once. Makes 6 servings.
