  1. 1 of 3 Cook penne in large deep pot of lightly salted water until al dente, firm yet tender. Drain.
  2. 2 of 3 Meanwhile, in large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic; saute 1 minute. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper; saute 2 minutes.
  3. 3 of 3 Toss penne with tomato mixture, cheese and basil. Serve at once. Makes 6 servings.
