Penne with Cherry Tomatoes
Cook penne in large deep pot of lightly salted water until al dente, firm yet tender. Drain.Advertisement
Meanwhile, in large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic; sauté 1 minute. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper; sauté 2 minutes.
Toss penne with tomato mixture, cheese and basil. Serve at once. Makes 6 servings.
