Ravioli With Sage Butter
- 1 of 4 Cook ravioli following package directions. Drain.
- 2 of 4 Meanwhile, heat oil in medium-size skillet over high heat. Add sage leaves; fry about 1 minute on each side or until lightly crisped. Transfer to paper toweling.
- 3 of 4 In same skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat, letting butter brown slightly. Stir in chopped sage, thyme, salt and pepper.
- 4 of 4 Place ravioli on serving platter. Pour herb butter over top. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Garnish with fried sage leaves. Serve immediately. Makes 6 servings.
