  • Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Soak noodles in warm water for 5 minutes.

  • Spread 1/2 cup sauce in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Cover with 3 noodles. In bowl, mix surimi and 1 cup sauce. Spread over noodles. Top with 1 cup mozzarella and 3 noodles.

  • In bowl, mix thawed vegetables and 1 cup sauce. Spoon over noodles. Sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella. Place 3 noodles on top. Spread remaining 1/2 cup sauce over top. Cover with foil.

  • Bake in 375 degree F oven 30 minutes. Remove foil. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake, uncovered, until browned, 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Makes 12 servings.
