Makes: 6 servings. Prep: 15 minutes. Cook: 7 minutes. Bake: at 350° for 20 minutes.




  • Heat oven to 350°. Squeeze water out of spinach. Mix spinach, turkey, egg, bread crumbs, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic salt and pepper in a bowl. Shape mixture into meatballs (about 30).

  • Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Brown meatballs, about 2 to 3 minutes. Once browned, move pan directly to oven to finish cooking meatballs, about 20 minutes. (If you dont have an ovenproof pan,use a baking sheet.)

  • Once meatballs are baking, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to boiling. Cook the spaghetti until al dente, following package directions.

  • When meatballs are done, transfer to a plate to keep warm. Deglaze pan with wine or broth. Add butter and garlic; let thicken slightly. Once pasta is done, drain, reserving 1 cup pasta water. Add pasta to sauce in pan plus some pasta water, as needed. Toss pasta to coat, then add meatballs back to pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
