PB&J Overnight Oats

  1. 1 of 1 In a small pot, stir milk, oats, peanut butter, honey and salt. Bring to a simmer. Cook 5 minutes; stir until peanut butter is melted. Cool slightly, then pour into jars and cover with their lids. Refrigerate overnight. Reheat in microwave. Serve each with 1 tbsp strawberry preserves.
