Peanut Sauce

This creamy, full-flavored, all-purpose dipping sauce does double duty as a salad dressing when thinned with a little warm water until just pourable. You can make this in a food processor; put the garlic in whole and use about 1 inch of peeled ginger.



  1. 1 of 2 In a small bowl, combine first 7 ingredients with sriracha to taste. Whisk, then check seasonings.
  2. 2 of 2 Keep, covered, in the fridge for up to 1 week. Makes about 1 cup.
