  1. 1 of 1 In a food processor, combine 1 pkg (12 oz) fresh cranberries, 1 Bartlett pear, cored and cut into chunks, 1/3 cup packed brown sugar, 3 tbsp chopped sliced almonds, 1 tbsp lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Pulse until combined but still chunky. Garnish with more almonds and strips of lemon peel.
