  • Combine cottage cheese, ricotta, marinara, oregano, crushed red pepper and 3/4 cup finely shredded mozzarella. Add sun-dried tomatoes and pepperoni; stir well. Pour into hollowed-out bread; top with remaining 1/4 cup finely shredded mozzarella and the Parmesan. Bake at 350° for 30 min. Let stand 10 min; serve warm.
