  • In a food processor, pulse together the parsley, 1/2 cup of the pistachios, garlic, lemon zest and remaining spices.

  • With the food processor running, drizzle in olive oil and lemon.

  • Serve over cooked fish and garnish with remaining pistachios. Makes 1 cup.

  • Tip: Roll pistachios in a dish towel to remove their skins, which can muddy up the color of a recipe.
