Crust:

  • Combine crumbs, pecans and butter. Press over bottom and up sides of 9-inch pie pan. Refrigerate.

  • Heat oven to 375°F.

Topping:

  • Blend flour, sugar and butter together with fingertips until mixture is crumbly. Stir in pecans.

Filling:

  • Whisk sour cream, sugar, egg, rum extract, vanilla, flour and salt in bowl. Add apples and raisins. Spoon into prepared pie pan; smooth top. Sprinkle with topping.

  • Bake in 375°F oven 50 to 55 minutes, until apples are tender. If crust browns too quickly, loosely cover with foil. Serve at room temperature.
