Crust:
- 1 of 2 Combine crumbs, pecans and butter. Press over bottom and up sides of 9-inch pie pan. Refrigerate.
- 2 of 2 Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
Topping:
- 1 of 1 Blend flour, sugar and butter together with fingertips until mixture is crumbly. Stir in pecans.
Filling:
- 1 of 2 Whisk sour cream, sugar, egg, rum extract, vanilla, flour and salt in bowl. Add apples and raisins. Spoon into prepared pie pan; smooth top. Sprinkle with topping.
- 2 of 2 Bake in 375 degrees F oven 50 to 55 minutes, until apples are tender. If crust browns too quickly, loosely cover with foil. Serve at room temperature.
