  1. 1 of 2 Heat chocolate chips in a double-boiler until melted. Or microwave at full power for about 90 seconds. Stir in honey.
  2. 2 of 2 Process tofu in food processor until smooth. Add chocolate mixture. Blend until creamy. Pour into piecrust. Chill overnight.
