  1. 1 of 4 Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. 2 of 4 Unfold piecrust; fit into 9-inch pie pan.
  3. 3 of 4 Mix sugar and cornmeal in bowl. Stir in butter, eggs, vinegar, vanilla sand salt. Pour into pie shell.
  4. 4 of 4 Bake in 350 degree F oven 45 minutes or until set. If top starts to brown, lightly cover with foil about halfway through baking. Cool pie completely on wire rack. Makes 8 servings.
