  1. 1 of 4 Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Butter 2- to 2-1/2-quart shallow baking dish.
  2. 2 of 4 Beat together sour cream and eggs in medium-size bowl on medium speed until smooth. On low speed, gradually beat in the 3/4 cup sugar, the flour, vanilla, almond extract and salt until mixture is well blended and smooth.
  3. 3 of 4 Pour the batter into the prepared dish. Top with the peach slices, overlapping to cover the batter. Sprinkle top with the remaining 2 tablespoons sugar.
  4. 4 of 4 Bake in 375 degree F oven for 50 or 60 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle top evenly with confectioners sugar, if desired. Serve warm. Makes 8 servings.
