Pineapple-Cranberry Sauce

Directions

  1. 1 of 1 In a food processor, combine 1 pkg (12 oz) fresh cranberries, 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple in juice, 3/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup orange juice. Pulse until coarsely chopped. Add to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Add 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp orange zest and 2 tsp vanilla extract. Cool and refrigerate to chill.
