  1. 1 of 5 Melt chocolate chips.
  2. 2 of 5 Stir in half of the chopped bacon and all of the pistachio extract.
  3. 3 of 5 Working quickly, spread mixture in an even layer over a parchment-lined baking sheet. Top with the pistachios and remaining bacon. Gently press into chocolate.
  4. 4 of 5 Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Break apart to serve.
  5. 5 of 5 Tip: Roll pistachios in a dish towel to remove their skins, which can muddy up the color of a recipe.
