  • Pour 1 cup boiling water over figs. Let steep for 5 min and drain. Beat cream cheese with goat cheese and salt. Fold in figs. Shape into a ball and chill 30 min. Roll in pistachios. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
