• In a microwave, heat sauce for 30 seconds; stir in basil. Combine beef, pepperoni, onion, garlic, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties and place on a baking sheet. Broil 2 minutes per side. Carefully place focaccia rounds on baking sheet and use a spatula to place patties on top. Top each with 2 tbsp pizza sauce and 1 oz mozzarella. Broil 2 minutes on top oven rack, until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Serve with remaining pizza sauce alongside.
