This secret to this pizza recipe is the combination of three cheeses, mossarella, Asiago and ricotta.




  • Heat oven to 400°. Heat oil in a medium-size skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook for 30 seconds. Stir in clams and cook for 2 minutes.

  • Place pizza crust on a baking sheet. Spoon clams over top. Scatter mozzarella and Asiago cheese evenly over the clams. Dollop heaping teaspoonfuls of ricotta cheese over the top.
