  • In a small pot, cook sugar and water until sugar is dissolved. Stir in lime juice and cool. Once cooled, mix with gin and pomegranate juice. For a high-end look, combine in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into coupe glasses. For a simpler sipper, pour over ice in tall glasses. Garnish with pomegranate seeds, lime wedges and/or zest.
