  • Heat oil in a large wok over med-high. Season pork with salt and pepper and brown in hot oil in 3 batches, 3 min per batch. Transfer to a plate. Add mushrooms and garlic to wok; saute 2 min. Stir in haricots verts. Cover and cook 3 to 5 min, stirring occasionally. Stir in stir-fry sauce and pork. Heat through. Serve with rice on the side.
