  1. 1 of 1 Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onion; cook 5 minutes. Add peaches, cherries, vinegar, sugar, chile powder and a pinch of salt. Cook 10 minutes, stirring often. Meanwhile, season chops with 3/4 tsp salt and black pepper. Lightly coat with flour. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chops 3 minutes per side. Serve with chutney and quinoa.
