Pork and Peanut Noodles

  1. 1 of 1 Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add linguine; cook 9 min. Drain. Meanwhile, brown pork in oil over med-high, 5 min. Add 4 of the scallions and peas; cook 3 min. Sprinkle with salt and add linguine. Remove from heat and toss with peanut sauce. Top with peanuts and remaining scallions.
