• In a slow cooker, whisk together first 5 ingredients. Whisk in 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce and half the garlic, scallions and ginger.

  • To a large bowl, add pork and remaining garlic, scallions and ginger. Add egg, panko, 1 tbsp soy sauce and salt. Mix until well combined.

  • Form into 1 1/2-inch balls and add to slow cooker. Cover and cook 2 1/2 hr on HIGH or 4 1/2 hr on LOW. For sandwiches: Serve on buns with Asian slaw, pickled ginger, sriracha, and Sate Dip.
