Asian Pork Kabobs
- 1 of 4 Heat broiler.
- 2 of 4 To make peanut dressing, combine peanut butter, teriyaki sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, ground red pepper and water in bowl. Reserve 3/4 cup.
- 3 of 4 Alternately thread onto 8 metal skewers pork (about 5 pieces per skewer), peppers and onion. Brush with reserved peanut dressing. Broil kabobs 8 to 10 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
- 4 of 4 In a large bowl, toss remaining peanut dressing with pasta. Top pasta with skewers and serve.
