- 1 of 4 In a small bowl, mix together the Italian seasoning, salt and black pepper.
- 2 of 4 Coat a 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Layer potatoes, pork chops, kielbasa, apples and sauerkraut, seasoning each layer with a small amount of the seasoning mix. Sprinkle the remaining seasoning mix over the sauerkraut and pour the wine over the top.
- 3 of 4 Cook 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low. Stir in thawed peas, cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- 4 of 4 Remove pork chops and cut each into thick slices against the grain. Stir back into the mixture and serve.
