• Whirl together briefly corn-bread stuffing and parsley in food processor just until slightly ground. Combine the stuffing and stuffing seasoning packet, if included, in a shallow baking dish and spread out evenly.

  • Brush both sides of chops with yogurt. Dip the chops in stuffing mixture to coat thoroughly. Place on greased baking pan.

  • Bake in preheated 400°F oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the chops registers 160°F. Decorate as an animal and serve with green beans and baby carrots if you wish.
