  • Meanwhile, in large saucepan, mix flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Whisk in milk and chicken broth; cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and thickens, about 6 minutes.

  • Stir in fettuccine, peas, bacon, Parmesan and basil. Heat through.
