Giada De Laurentiis' Asparagus & Prosciutto
- 1 of 3 Peel bottom half of asparagus stalks.
- 2 of 3 On a heavy baking sheet, toss asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast at 450 degrees F until tender, about 15 minutes. Let cool.
- 3 of 3 Cut prosciutto slices in half lengthwise, then spiral one around each stalk.
