Phyllis Dye's German-style Green Beans

  1. 1 of 2 Cook bacon in skillet until crisp, 6 to 8 minutes. Remove bacon to paper toweling to drain. Pour off fat, reserving 2 tablespoons in skillet.
  2. 2 of 2 Add sugar and vinegar to skillet; heat through. Add beans; heat through. Transfer to serving bowl. Crumble bacon over top. Makes 6 servings.
