  1. 1 of 1 In a large bowl, combine oats, pecans, pumpkin seeds, oil, honey, pie spice and salt. Mix until well combined and spread onto a rimmed baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring halfway. Cool completely on baking sheet, then mix in cranberries.
