  • In a large bowl, combine oats, pecans, pumpkin seeds, oil, honey, pie spice and salt. Mix until well combined and spread onto a rimmed baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, stirring halfway. Cool completely on baking sheet, then mix in cranberries.

Make your own pumpkin pie spice with 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ginger and 1/4 tsp each cloves and nutmeg.
