Directions

  1. 1 of 1 Bring 3 cups water to a boil; stir in 1 1/2 cups white rice. Reduce heat, cover and cook 20 minutes. Meanwhile, slice 1 flank steak (about 1 1/4 lbs) across the grain into thin strips, each about 3 inches long. In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp oil over medium-high. Add beef and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Remove to a platter with a slotted spoon. Stir 1 pkg (3/4 lb) pepper strips, 1 pkg (3/4 lb) broccoli and 1/3 cup water into pan. Cover and cook 4 minutes. Uncover and add beef and 3/4 cup stir-fry sauce. Cook 1 minute. Serve with rice on the side.
