  1. 1 of 1 Heat oil in a large skillet. Add kielbasa, celery, carrot, onion and garlic. Cook over medium-high heat 7 minutes. Add pork chops and cook 3 minutes. Stir in white beans, pink beans, broth, tomato paste and thyme. Simmer 2 minutes. Spoon into a large casserole and sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
