  1. 1 of 2 Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Mix flour, soy flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, baking powder and spices in large bowl. Add oil and applesauce. Beat for 3 minutes at medium speed. Add eggs and egg whites. Beat 2 minutes. Fold in raisins. Pour into prepared pan.
  2. 2 of 2 Bake in 350 degree F oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
