Mexican Corn Bread
- 1 of 1 Combine corn bread mix, corn kernels, green chiles, 1/4 cup of the cheese, milk, egg and hot-pepper sauce in large bowl. Transfer batter to greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch metal baking pan. Top evenly with the remaining 1/4 cup shredded cheese. Bake in 375 degree F oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool for about 10 minutes on wire rack before cutting. Makes 8 servings.
