Whole-Wheat Biscuits

  1. 1 of 4 Sift flours, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt into bowl.
  2. 2 of 4 Mix oil and milk in small bowl. Gradually stir into flour mixture to make dough. If too sticky, add a little more flour; if too dry, a little water. Knead on floured surface about 6 times.
  3. 3 of 4 Roll dough out with rolling pin on floured surface to 1-inch thickness. Cut out with small biscuit cutter. Place on lightly greased baking sheet, spacing about 1 inch apart.
  4. 4 of 4 Bake in a 400 degree oven 12 minutes or until lightly brown. Makes 8 biscuits.
