  • Bring 2 cups water to a boil in a medium lidded saucepan. Add quinoa, salt and oil. Cover and reduce heat to mediumlow. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes, until water is absorbed.

  • Store cooked quinoa in a resealable container for Black Bean and Quinoa Burritos. Refrigerate until needed.
